Visit Thailand (Looking at Dates for 2015)

Spend your time helping students in need.

This Volunteer Adventure requires participants to put their energy & enthusiasm into helping with a project at the Hotpittayakom School in Hot, Chiang Mai Thailand. The school is located in the middle of a farming community made up of many villages. You will be involved in the building of a project within the school.

Spend four days working on a major project within the school as well as assisting in English classes. Spend a day in an elephant mahout program learning about how to take care of and the importance of elephants to the Thai culture. Even get to ride the elephant to a mountain waterfall, where you’ll get the chance to swim with this majestic animal. The rest of your time is spent sightseeing and relaxing. Add in the flight of the gibbons zip line course and you have one truly unique adventure tour.

You will experience traditional Thai life and participate in daily activities, assisting in English lessons in schools and monasteries, animal adventures, flight of the gibbons zip line course, tribal village visits and you can    even give alms to monks.
